Because appointments are one-at-a-time in a private studio, these policies protect the time set aside for you and every other client.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your service balance. No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time) will result in the loss of your deposit and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With 48 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date. To ensure appointment availability for all clients, an appointment may only be rescheduled twice. Repeated rescheduling of the same appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, require a new deposit or prepayment to rebook, or be treated as a late cancellation at the provider’s discretion. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late to your appointment will cut in to the time put aside for you and may affect the services we are able to do. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and be considered a no-show that is subjected to the same fees above.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Failure to arrive to your scheduled appointment without notice or cancelling last minute (less than 24 hours ahead of time) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit plus a $150 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
Terms & Booking Agreement
By checking the Cancellation Policy box, you are agreeing to all of the above. A valid credit card must be kept on file to complete your booking. Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued client!
